If I had to guess, I would say Mark is probably right. At least I hope so. I expect a timeframe on return ot the Moon, with the Mars timeline more vague due to perceived unknowns. The component I am most optimistic about is the appearent preservation of the shuttle heavy lift capability. That will keep our options open once it becomes clear that on-oribt assembly of gigantic craft is not the best way to get there.
