Attention Jim Oberg…

Sorry, JimO, buddy, but a certain Elaine Meinel Supkis is “exposing” your “boilerplate lies” regarding the Challenger “accident”.

  • 1300 hundred words (minus the copied content from the MSNBC post) and three references to Bush. Not a record but a pretty good ratio.

I was very involved in the debate about the launch when it was happening.

In your preceeding post she said she called her dad – who worked at JPL – from her home in New York. Then went to the dentist. This is involvement?

  • After reading a bit more – Ms. Supkis reminds of an eruidte Jean Teasdale – The Onion’s schmo columnist.

Just keep reading…you’ll be amazed at the things she has done and been involved with. Who knew Walter Mitty was a woman with a dozen blogs?

Who knew Bruce Gagnon could appear so sane by comparison?

  • Thomas, I’ll ‘ave your guts for garters for turning me on to that woman. I want to turn away but it’s like watching a horrible movie. You can’t just stop you’ve got to see how bad it really is, in all it’s glory.

She’s got Gagnon-ish opinions with more self-importance and she’s justifying (in a recent reply to a comment) mediocrity because she’s busy.

Good ‘eavens we might be glad she’s in the punditry business and not doing anything important like running a business.

    Hahaha.

Indeed. This is really funny. I hope you guys realize, reading comprehension is part of getting an education.

    Ask my dad.

  • Thanks for the non-sequitur, Elaine. Do you have a point?

As for your dad, I’d be delighted to talk with him if you would be so kind as to provide me with an independently verifiable means of contacting him. Email or telephone will do. I’m sure he must be a fascinating man to talk with if he has done even a tenth of the deeds you ascribe to him.

C’mon Elaine. Your site is a little funny. Stupid, but funny.
